Strategic Compliance
For many, the task of becoming and remaining compliant with governmental agencies is a challenge. In this module, you’ll learn:

- Compliance guidelines for inclusion in your bylaws
- Insurance considerations
MODULE 5
Strategic Fundraising
For many booster clubs, fundraising efforts end up "taxing the parents" in the organization. In this module, you’ll learn:
- How to find your target zone for strategic fundraisers
- Which strategic fundraisers model programs use to raise revenue
- Critical project team leadership guidelines
- How to implement fundraiser blueprints
You’ll finish this module with some sample program spotlight events.
MODULE 6
Strategic Financial Best Practices
